Local Law No. 1 of 2008 - Regulates the location and decibel level of freestanding air conditioning equipment

Local Law No. 2 of 2008 - Regulates wall planes within the yard

Local Law No. 3 of 2008 - Requires that a garage be erected at least ten feet from the dwelling on a residential lot

Local Law No. 4 of 2008 - Enables ARB to request skyplanes and topographical surveys if necessary

Local Law No. 5 of 2008 - Requires minimum lot coverage for corner lots
