Interior Designer Donna Dertinger and partner Vinnie Ambrosh welcomed family and friends to the Grand Opening of their beautiful new location in Floral Park. 
 Donna and Vinnie provide client design services and work with many local architects. They recognize and utilize many talented local craftsmen
and contractors and are working to create a network of local contractors and suppliers. Donna and Vinnie invite all to stop in,

Mayor Tom Tweedy welcomes new business owner Grace Wang of Twisted Frozen Yogurt,
175 Tulip Avenue to Floral Park.  Floral Park is Grace’s third Twisted Yogurt parlor and her best start yet. 
Joining Mayor Tweedy are Trustees Kevin Fitzgerald, Dom Longobardi, Mary-Grace Tomecki ,
Deputy Mayor Jim Rhatigan and FP Chamber of Commerce President Sal Bonagura.

Mayor Kevin Greene presents a Certificate of Welcome to Michael Calandra of Seishinkan, 260 Jericho Turnpike. Michael operated a studio for over 20 years in Queens, but upon moving to Floral Park he relocated his studio here. Mike, a former Detective NYPD assigned to Dignitary Protection, is a certified FBI defensive tactics instructor, graduate of FBI officers survival school, a master in many disciplines and instructs many law enforcement agencies. His studio offers a wide array of martial art traditions and self-defensive training for children through seniors. Body Works Day Spa located at 57 Covert Avenue Floral Park marks its
seven year success of serving Floral Park, Stewart Manor, Garden City,
New Hyde Park and Elmont with an exciting new expansion.

Last Saturday marked the Grand Opening of Body Works Yoga & Pilates  Studio at
 47 Covert Avenue Floral Park. Yoga & Pilates offers classes in many disciplines
including Yoga, Pilates, and Zumba from beginner to advanced.
